Well I have the information in Salt Lake where you can get them. There are only 3 McDonalds where you can get these coupons and they are here:

Now you can use the coupons at some McDonalds that don't sell the coupons, but some don't accept them. You just have to ask that particular McD's. Kind of crazy if you ask me! But I guess if you want them that's what you just got to do!
But don't forget you can always get the Wendy's ones for 1 dollar and get 10 free 6-ounce child-size frosty. And as far as I know you can get these at any Wendy's and use them at any Wendy's.
