Building Your Food Storage

This is a good month to build your food storage because Smith's is having a case lot sale that will last for two weeks. Here's some highlights from it, always check expiration dates and make sure you'll be able to use it within the expiration date though!

• Betty Crocker Fudge Brownie Mix, Family Fudge, 18.3 oz or Dark Chocolate, 19.9 oz
  12 count case: $12 or $1 each.
• Big K Soda Pop, 12 pk: $2 or .17 cents each
• Brawny Paper Towels, 12 big roll: $11 or .92 cents each
• Gold Medal Flour, 5 lb bag, 8 count: $10.80 or $1.79 each.
• Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix, 8.5 oz 24 count case: $10.32 or .43 each
• Kroger Beans, Kidney, Pinto, Black or Chili, 15 oz 24 count case: $12 or .50 cents each
• Kroger Broth, Chicken, Beef or Vegetable, 14 oz: 24 count case: $12 or .50 cents each
• Kroger Water, 16.9 oz, 24 count case: $3 or .13 cents each.
• Langers Apple Juice, 64 oz, 8 count case: $10 or 1.25 each
• Skippy Peanut Butter, Creamy or Chunky, 16.3 oz, 12 count case: $15 or 1.25 each {I checked Albertson's and it's brand was 1.99 each}. Also coupon to use out of the RP 3/28 .75/2 as long as your store will let you use them on case sales so that can bring your cost down. For example I got three newspapers that week so I have three coupons. So I will pay $1.06 per peanut butter.
• Smiths Evaporated Milk, 12 oz, 24 count case: $15.60 or .65 cents each.
